Damaged or Lost Items

Return Policy

Return Period

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 1 day of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Not be classified as final sale or non-returnable items (e.g., opened cosmetics, swimwear, intimate apparel).

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Label the Package: Include your order number and return authorization on the package.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for both the return shipping and any customs duties incurred.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
